The Policy is simple. There isn't one. We do not accept any return in any shape or form.
There are NO REFUNDS. Especially on lost packages. ANR HAS NO CONTROL OF HOW YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED OR HANDLED. If your postal service destroys your order, your money will not be refunded. You have to file a claim with them. It's a long process that usually gets you nowhere. It totally sucks. But that's your only course of action.
If your package is genuinely damaged we will do the best we can to replace it. DINGED CORNERS OR SLIGHT ISSUES WITH AN LP JACKET DOES NOT MEAN IT'S DAMAGED. If your item(s) are damaged by USPS you have open a USPS claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. USPS destroying a package is something that needs to be handled by USPS. Most of the time you'll be asked to reorder after USPS finishes your claim. We do not do free replacements due to USPS negligence. Cracks in cases don't count either. The audio still plays. Your item isn't ruined.
The same policy applies to if you give us the wrong address and it gets mailed. How in the hell would we know what your correct address is? You're gonna have to take that one on the chin financially. If the package is returned to ANR for wrong address, we will be more than happy to send it to the correct address, once you pay shipping for it.
If you don't like what you ordered and want a refund, too bad. Put it on Discogs.
Not reading this prior to ordering is not a good enough excuse to try and drop a Paypal claim. Ignorance is not bliss in this instance. You're probably one of those people who don't read the terms of service on a cellphone contract or Social Media site then get pissed when someone uses your data for things you agreed to but didn't read.
